Try a second, lit bulb object off camera (behind it) so it cannot be seen.
At the appropriate keyframe, swap the positions of the lit bulb in and the
dark bulb. Linear spline at the swap frame, and a keyframe right before the
swap for each object at the "before" position to hold them steady. No
dissolves or morphs needed. Save rendering time, aggravation, etc. Works
every time.
